How to watch the show Yellowstone

Yellowstone is an immensely popular show, mostly due to the fine acting and twisty plots. Here’s some tips on how to watch Yellowstone tonight.

If you follow the modern-day western, you know the first seasons were always on the streaming app Peacock but the premiere tonight at 8PM EST airs on the Paramount+ network and later on CBS.

The fact that the show is streaming first on an app is a sign that network shows are starting to show their age. We’re all watching more on apps than network television.

Is this a new season?

The new episode is actually a continuation of season five, so it’s technically not a new season. In fact, it is the ninth episode called “Desire Is All You Need” and is on par to be one of the most watched episodes ever, judging from what we’re seeing for trending topics on Google and X.

Will all Yellowstone episodes be on CBS?

Interestingly, the first episode airs on CBS but it’s not clear if that will continue. Also, the premier will air later on CBS after it debuts on Paramount+.

Will Kevin Costner return in Yellowstone?

It is clear that Kevin Costner will not continue. He is not in the new episode but has switched to theatrical releases of movies he is directing.

What is the Yellowstone season about?

Paramount+ describes the new season of Yellowstone this way: “Amid shifting alliances, unsolved murders, open wounds and hard-earned respect – the ranch is in constant conflict with those it borders – an expanding town, an Indian reservation, and America’s first national park.”

That’s the basic for how to watch Yellowstone.
