I’m falling for these Timberland boots

Fall is here and that means it’s time to transition those wardrobes to your fall/winter gear. If you’re like me, you want to stay on trend while repurposing some items and not breaking the bank. Thus began my search for a fall boot that can carry me from fall through winter and last for years to come in both style and functionality.

My search brought me to the Timberland Courmayeur Valley Chelsea Boots. After the hard work of choosing from the many color options, I couldn’t wait for them to arrive and temps to drop so I could wear them out and about. A unique option at checkout made these even more appealing! If you choose free ground shipping, they will plant a tree! Talk about a win-win.

On first impression, these boots were so cute and the color was even better in person. Ultimately I went with the Grey Nubuck option and I’m so glad I did! They will easily go with just about anything in my closet, which makes getting out the door a breeze.

Now, on to one of the most crucial parts of choosing the perfect boot: comfort. Although the Timberland Courmayeur Valley Chelsea Boot does not have a zipper, they were still easy to slip on and off! Once on, I immediately noticed the cloud-like cushioning, also known as the Ortholite Insoles. The insoles have a moisture transport, antimicrobial function and long-term cushioning. If you’re like me and previously had no clue what all that means, take my word for it, it’s so good!

I ordered my usual size and will say they run true to size. However, if you plan to wear thick winter socks, maybe consider going up a half size.

Another perk of these on-trend boots is the traction soles. On those icy or slippery wet days, I won’t have to worry about any slippage or falling while holding my squirmy toddler and a million other things!

Lastly, I was initially drawn to the well known brand of Timberland because of their reputation for producing quality products. Although I can’t speak to the long-term durability of these boots after years of use, I have a feeling they will pass the test with flying colors.
