I didn’t think I would care that much but over a few weeks I came to prefer the vacuum for the sheer convenience. The 1000-watt motor works quite well at sucking up the debris even if there were a few times when some of the debris would scatter to other places besides the stationary vacuum sitting on my kitchen floor.

The odor removal was enough that it felt like night and day. A two-pack filter costs about $35, though. I didn’t test the unit long enough to know, but one filter lasts about four months.
