The Vitality Nomad Jogger is perfect for all your upcoming fall activities

As the seasons shift and change, I’ve been starting to reach for my warmer clothing items. The Vitality Nomad Jogger could not have come at a better time. I had just realized that I needed a more versatile jogger in my wardrobe. My summer shorts had officially been packed away for the season and I started to notice a serious gap in my closet. Over the years, I’ve come to collect joggers from various clothing brands. However, the seasons had been rough on them, causing obvious wear and tear. Now all I had left were some dingy sweatpants and leggings. I needed something for the in between that could provide functionality, style, and comfort.

That’s where the Vitality Nomad Jogger comes in. I had been checking out their products for a while now, their workout wear had always caught my eye. Their website features cohesive collections that had always given off the impression of high-quality fabrics that are easy to style. Trying out the Nomad Jogger was a great opportunity to test out the brand and I’m glad to say it left me with an upstanding first impression.

First Impressions

After receiving the package, the first thing I noticed was the texture of the fabric. It had a unique texture that was soft and slick. Once wearing the Nomad Jogger, I was surprised by how warm the fabric was and yet it still allowed for breathability. What I liked most about this piece is the look of the jogger on the body. Personally, I found that it was just what I was looking for. It was loose enough to be comfortable and also form-fitting enough to be flattering.

These joggers gave me exactly what I wanted – to feel like I was wearing sweatpants but to not look like I was just wearing sweatpants. I particularly appreciate the attention to detail including the two seams that run from waistband to ankle cuff on the center of each pant leg. This creates an elongating effect and also creates a more polished look.

I chose to pair my Nomad Joggers with a ribbed black tee and threw on a gray sweater around my waist for layering. I loved that the jogger went perfectly with my Vessi Everyday Classic’s that I reviewed earlier this month. I picked the Concrete color, it was neutral enough to style easily but unique enough to stand out. My only critique of this piece is that I wish that it came in tall sizes. As a 5’10 individual, this is my usual complaint. While they were still a tad cropped, I would say they hit lower on me than most joggers.

Features

The Nomad Jogger uses a 75% nylon and 25% lycra blend, allowing for breathability and four way stretch. An added bonus to the fabric is that it is actually antimicrobial, meaning it fights odors while you wear it. The jogger has a true high-waisted fit and can be adjusted using the drawcord at the waist. There are also two side pockets that have zippers for added security.

Additionally, while wearing the jogger, I noticed how easy it was to wipe off spills. I had spilled both honey and a full cup of hot cocoa (oops) and they easily came out while in the wash. Maintenance for these joggers is easy. I did the recommended machine wash on cold and ended up hanging them to dry. Since the fabric allows for such easy airflow, I noticed that they dried quickly. I’m planning to take them on a cabin trip this weekend for that very reason.

Last thoughts

Overall, I’ll be reaching for the Nomad Joggers this fall and well into the winter season. I love that those added seams make them stand out more than your usual jogger.  At the end of the day, they are the perfect mix of a warm yet breathable fabric that will keep you comfortable anywhere from a hiking expedition to a trip to a pumpkin patch.
